We want both you and your dog to be happy with every order. If something isn't quite right, we'll do our best to fix it quickly and fairly. You can return any unopened product within 30 days, as long as it's in a condition we can resell.
For safety reasons, we're unfortunately unable to accept returns of opened food products. And if we've made a mistake, like sending the wrong item; don't worry. We'll send you a free returns label and get things sorted quickly.
